Information we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, mobile number, website and message. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics also records pages you visit. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the consultation or resources you requested, send information about our services where you have agreed to receive it, and improve our website.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Philippine law (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) requires us to be clear about them. Where a cookie is not required to run a service you asked for, we wait for your choice before it is set.

Necessary

• pl_cookie_consent is set by PhilippineLeads.com after you choose Accept or Reject. It remembers that choice for 180 days so the notice does not appear on every page. It is a first-party cookie, limited to this site, with SameSite=Lax. It is not used for advertising.

Analytics, only if you accept

• Google Analytics (tag ID G-GW806L46ZJ) is included on every page. Analytics cookies, including cookies named _ga, are stored only after you choose Accept. They help us see which pages are used. Reject does not store those cookies. You can change this later with Cookie settings in the footer.

Scheduling, only if you accept

• Calendly provides the booking calendar on the thank-you page. Its script and cookies are not loaded until you accept. They are used to show available times and keep the booking session. If you reject, you can still open the calendar in a new tab.

Stored in this tab, not a cookie

• After you submit an enquiry, your name and email are kept in this browser tab only (pl_lead in session storage) so the booking form can be prefilled. This is deleted when you close the tab, and it is used only for the consultation you requested.

Other services

• Pages use the Plus Jakarta Sans typeface from Google Fonts. That request sends your IP address to Google so the font can be delivered. It is not an analytics cookie.
• Enquiry forms are sent to Formspree only when you press send, so we can reply.

Accept and Reject do the same job of closing the notice. Reject leaves the site fully usable. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Reject on a later visit stops the embedded calendar from loading again. Cookies a third party has already stored can be removed in your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as email and CRM platforms), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to its processing, at any time by emailing info@PhilippineLeads.com.
